Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a pharmaceutical facility in Didcot. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on-site as part of the maintenance team, ensuring reliable building services in a GMP environment.

The role offers a salary up to £48,200, plus overtime, training, and clear progression opportunities. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with a path to further career development within a reputable FM company.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3.
• 18th Edition wiring rules required.
• AM2 and 2391 testing/inspection desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lighting: small installations, fault-finding, lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests and maintenance.
• Control panels and associated switchgear upkeep.
• Ballast changes and related wiring tasks.
• BMS monitoring for heat/cold and system status.
• Maintain and update building log books.
• Plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets.
• Pumps and motors maintenance.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to £48,200

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

This would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career within a highly reputable FM Company. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,200, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motorsPackage
