Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults.
• Experience with local power and lighting systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the operation and routine maintenance of all electrical distribution systems.
• Undertake installation works and equipment upgrades.
• Monitor and respond to alarms via the Building Management System (BMS).

Skills

Strong knowledge of electrical supply systems

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Competent in the use of hand/power tools

Education

BTEC or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant electrical discipline
