CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd are recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a large commercial campus near Sittingbourne. You will be fully qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be comfortable working on a range of electrical systems.

The role offers a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri) with 08:00–17:00 hours, a salary up to £40,000 per year, and benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification required (City & Guilds Level 2/3).
• 17th/18th Edition compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out lighting and electrical system maintenance on a large commercial campus.
• Test and maintain emergency lighting and control panels.
• Oversee BMS monitoring as required and manage logbooks.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Sittingbourne - Commercial Campus - Up to £40,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Sittingbourne. CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large commercial campus located in Sittingbourne. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

Package

• Up to £40,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday + BH

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (small installations, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update logbooks
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Monitor the mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Cooling Towers
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
• 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
• 17th/18th Edition (Required)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
