CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a law firm in Cannon Street, London. You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance on site with the maintenance team.

The role requires City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 and 18th Edition; hours are Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00. Salary is up to £46,600 with overtime, further training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified as City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required).
• 18th Edition (Required).
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled.
• Good communication skills.
• Client facing.

Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc).
• Emergency lighting tests.
• Control Panels.
• Changing Ballast.
• BMS System - Monitor (e.g. Hot & cold).

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Cannon Street - Up to £46,600 - Tenant's Side

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cannon Street has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a law firm located right by Cannon Street station. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in electrical and general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,600, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 19:00pm
