Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a pharmaceutical environment in Didcot, Oxford. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance with the on-site team, ensuring reliable building services in a GMP-regulated setting.

The role offers a salary up to £48,200, plus overtime, training, and clear career progression within a reputable FM provider.

Qualifications

• Must be electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations required.
• AM2 and 2391 testing/inspection highly desirable.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Demonstrates multi-skilling and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.
• Maintain and service lighting, emergency lighting, and control panels.
• Work with BMS system monitoring and adjust as needed.
• Maintain log books and update records.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to £48,200

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site. This would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career within a highly reputable FM Company. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,200, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8 am to 5 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
