CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Sittingbourne is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a large commercial campus. The role involves electrical planned and reactive maintenance on a static site, working alongside the on-site maintenance team.

The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3) with 17th/18th Edition, and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The role offers up to £40,000 salary, 25 days holiday, and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification and relevant trade certificates required.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lighting maintenance including small installations, fault finding and lamp replacements.
• Emergency lighting tests and inspection of emergency systems.
• Control panels maintenance and ballast replacement.
• BMS monitoring for heating and cooling systems.
• Maintain and update site log books.
• Plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets as required.
• Monitor mechanical plant, pumps, motors, seals and bearings.
• Oversee cooling towers and related equipment.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Sittingbourne - Commercial Campus- Up to £40,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Sittingbourne. CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large commercial campus located in Sittingbourne. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. Working with the maintenance team on-site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. • Up to £40,000 per annum

Key Duties &Responsibilities

• Lighting (small installations, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Monitor the mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Cooling Towers

  Hours of work

  • Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
  • 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
