Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a high-end residential building near Kings Cross. You will perform electrical planned and reactive maintenance across a static site, working with the on-site maintenance team.

The role requires an electrical qualification and hands-on experience in commercial property maintenance. The package includes a competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum, 25 days holiday + BH, and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with proven track record in commercial/building maintenance.
• Must hold City & Guilds Level 2 and 17th/18th Edition.
• Copy of trade certificates required upon request.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Work with on-site maintenance team to ensure reliability of systems.
• Support emergency lighting and control panels, lights, pumps, and AHU sections.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Kings Cross - High-end Residential - Up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Kings Cross.CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a high-end residential building located in Kings Cross. The successful candidate will be a qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.Working with the maintenance team on-site.He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (small installations, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Monitor the mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Cooling Towers
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
• 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2(Required)
• 17th/18th Edition (Required)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
