Job summary

The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Executive for a well-established electrical distributor in Chandler’s Ford. This role blends account management with business development to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships.

You will support customers with pre- and post-sales inquiries, provide expert advice on product specifications, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, business development or account management.
• Background in electrical industry or electrical distribution preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Provide sales support and expert advice on electrical product specifications and applications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle product-related enquiries.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and marketing to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain KPI targets and handle customer queries efficiently.
