Job summary

Confidential, Eastleigh-based electrical distributor, is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to drive pre and post-sales support, manage accounts and pursue new business opportunities. The role combines account management with business development and requires a solid electrical product understanding.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm, with an annual salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

Internal Sales Executive - Eastleigh - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Due to ambitious growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a hungry Internal Sales Executive to join a well-established electrical distributor based in Chandler's Ford.

The Internal Sales Executive will join a fast-paced and ambitious business, providing exceptional pre and post-sales support to customers within the electrical sector. This role combines business development with account management, with the aim of driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships.

Candidates must have a background in the electrical industry, ideally with experience in electrical distribution, and possess a good understanding of electrical products and their applications.

Main Duties of the Internal Sales Executive:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Key Competencies of the Internal Sales Executive:

• Robust sales and negotiation skills, with a drive to close deals and generate business.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Well-structured and organised, able to prioritise work and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and relevant sales tools.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a polite, friendly manner.

The Internal Sales Executive role is an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm.
