Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for an office-based role in the United Kingdom, with very occasional on-site visits.

You will troubleshoot end-user technical product issues, support business clients, electricians, installers and the public, and manage a ticketing system with inbound/outbound communications. The role includes remote monitoring, site visits, route planning and ISO documentation work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a technical support role.
• Ideally an electrical background with metering knowledge.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning of products.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user technical product issues with customers.
• Support business clients, electricians, installers and the public.
• Use ticketing system to handle inbound/outbound support calls and emails.
• Remote monitoring to resolve issues over the phone.
• Manage weekly site-visit diary to customer homes and commercial sites.
• Assist with ISO procedures and technical documentation.
