Seismic Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Field Service Engineer to join a well-established standby power solutions provider. The role involves visiting customer sites across the UK to install, commission and service equipment.

Candidates should have fault-finding skills, the ability to read wiring diagrams, and knowledge of IEC regulations; 18th edition is desirable. Expect extensive UK travel, occasional overseas work, and a salary up to £39,000 with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 18th edition (desirable) - test and inspect.
• Electronic fault finding to component level.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic wiring diagrams and associated technical drawings.
• Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Knowledge of IEC wiring regulations.

Responsibilities

• To organise & complete service visits.
• To position, install, commission, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Extensive travel within the UK and occasionally may be asked to travel outside the UK.
