TXM Recruit are seeking a Static Maintenance Engineer for a fixed-term 6-month contract at a major retail furniture store in Bristol. The role involves PPM and reactive maintenance across lighting, power, and fabric works, with a 40-hour week on a rotating shift pattern and an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• 18th edition and Level 3 in Electrical Installations are required.
• Experience in electrical maintenance is preferred.

Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Static Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies, supporting them on a commercial contract based in a retail furniture store on a6 month fixed term contract,

• Location - Bristol
• Salary - £41,499/Yr.

The role will involve working 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays) 5 days on, 2 days off - Rotating shift pattern On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeksMaintenance Engineer you'll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client's first point of call for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance.

Tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.
