Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to service commercial contracts across North/West & Central London. Role includes lighting and power upgrades, emergency light testing, and basic fabric work with on-call duties and overtime opportunities. 45-hour week, 7am–4pm, door-to-door pay, stack with a company van and fuel card.

Pay is £45,447 per year, with 4% bonus, pension, life assurance, and training benefits. 25 days leave plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• 18th edition compliance required.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Electrical install qualifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across sites focusing on plumbing and electrics.
• Carry out emergency light testing, lamp changes, fire alarm checks and basic fabric works.
• Fault-finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems.

Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

• Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
• Working hours - 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
• On Call - 1 in 4 weeks on call. - (Friday - Friday for emergencies only)
• Salary - £45,447/Yr.
• Location - North/West & Central London
• Extra - Overtime available after 45 hours hit. (1.5x)

The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs. There will also be some mechanically minded work included AHUs and other repairs on systems like this.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across your designated sites with a focus on plumbing and electrics
• Complete tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
• Carry out fault-finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems
