Job summary

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UK's leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. You will work Monday to Friday, 45 hours, 7am to 4pm, with door-to-door pay and on-call duties 1 in 4 weeks for emergencies.

Salary is £45,447 per year with overtime after 45 hours at 1.5x. Location covers South/West & Central London.

• 18th edition
• Level 3 Electrical Installations
• Full UK driving licence

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across sites with focus on plumbing and electrics
• Complete tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamp changes, basic plumbing and fabric work
• Carry out fault-finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems

Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

• Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
• Working hours - 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
• On Call - 1 in 4 weeks on call. (Friday - Friday for emergencies only)
• Salary - £45,447/Yr.
• Location - South/West & Central London
• Extra - Overtime available after 45 hours hit. (1.5x)

The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs. There will also be some mechanically minded work included AHUs and other repairs on systems like this.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across your designated sites with a focus on plumbing and electrics
• Complete tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
• Carry out fault-finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems
