Job summary

Bimplus in London is seeking an experienced, fully qualified electrical maintenance engineer for a high-end commercial office space at Liverpool Street. The role covers on-site preventive maintenance and reactive work across power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems, plus HVAC components like AHUs, pumps and motors.

The position features a Monday–Friday standard shift, 1 in 3 on-call rota, and generous overtime.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent.
• Experience with on-site electrical maintenance in commercial environments.
• Knowledge of 18th edition wiring regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on site.
• Maintain power distribution, lighting and emergency lighting.
• Service HVAC components, pumps and motors.
• Perform fault finding, diagnosis and repairs.
• Liaise with contractors as needed.

Are you an experienced, fully qualified electrical maintenance engineer looking for a new challenge?

Position: Static Electrical Engineer
Location: Liverpool Street, London (High-End Commercial Office Space)
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Standard shift pattern)
On-Call Rota: 1 in 3
Overtime: Plenty of OT available (we are specifically looking for someone keen and willing to pick up regular overtime)
Site Scope: Landlord-only contract across 6 floors

Duties:

• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive issues on site
• Power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems.
• HVAC systems, AHUs, pumps, and motors
• Flushing
• Fault-finding, diagnosis, and repairs
