eLearning Developer – Digital Learning & Compliance

We’re looking for an experienced eLearning Developer to support the redevelopment and enhancement of digital learning materials for a major upgrade to an enterprise eDiscovery system. This role is central to ensuring thousands of users can confidently adopt new workflows, tools, and AI-enabled features through engaging, accurate, and accessible training. You’ll work closely with Learning & Development, Business Change, and technical SMEs to produce high-quality digital learning content that supports compliant, consistent, and effective use of the updated platform.

What You’ll Do
  • Re‑develop and modernise existing eLearning modules to align with new system functionality and compliance requirements.
  • Design assessments, knowledge checks, and refresher learning to maintain user competence and access.
  • Apply UX principles and accessibility standards to ensure a seamless learner experience.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, technical teams, and project leads to validate content and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain version control and an organised library of digital learning assets.
  • Support drop‑in sessions and live training activities where required.
Essential Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience across the full digital learning lifecycle (analysis, storyboarding, design, development, testing, evaluation).
  • Strong ability to break down complex technical processes into intuitive learning experiences.
  • Experience designing assessments or compliance‑focused digital learning.
  • Comfortable partnering with SMEs and Business Change teams on large programmes.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience using LMS platforms and compliance reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of Articulate or similar authoring tools.
