Role Overview
As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team, ensuring they reach their full potential while achieving excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
- Ensure every guest interaction reflects exceptional service, either through personal efforts or by empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, inventory, labour, and strategic marketing. Use data analysis to inform business decisions and promote continuous improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, supporting their personal and professional growth.
- Create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
- Be a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
