The role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, uphold high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to be their best while achieving excellent results.

Requirements:

• Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to develop emerging leaders.
• Dedicate yourself to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects outstanding service, either directly or through team empowerment.
• Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing. Use data analysis to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
• Focus on building and nurturing your team from recruitment through ongoing development, promoting personal and professional growth.
• Care about creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to flourish in their roles and careers.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
