Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is recruiting a Talent Partner to manage end-to-end candidate experience from attraction to onboarding, ensuring safeguarding and compliant vetting prior to deployment. You will oversee a regional pipeline and drive rapid placement of practitioners while maintaining high standards of safety and evidence.

This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and robust candidate communications. Location: Head office, hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days working from home).

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential to manage multiple candidates and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders, candidates, and safeguarding officials.
• Solid understanding of Safer Recruitment and Keeping Children Safe in Education frameworks is desirable.
• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition, preferably in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage job adverts aligned with operational needs and safeguarding expectations.
• Conduct structured screening interviews focusing on suitability for regulated environments.
• Manage offer processes ensuring compliance clearance is obtained prior to offers.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Organise recruitment events to support hiring while upholding Safer Recruitment standards.
• Ensure candidates progress through the ATS in a controlled, compliant manner.
