Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across teaching, support and regional roles at our Warwick/Coventry network. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and occasional travel.

You will build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, enhance candidate experience and support employer branding to attract top talent across our UK campuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a related HR role.
• Demonstrable success in building and managing talent pipelines.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using recruitment systems, sourcing tools and recruitment technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across teaching, support and Regional Support Office positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and enhance recruitment processes.
• Provide market insights to inform hiring decisions across the business.
