Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking a Talent Partner to own candidate delivery for our Technical Education & Training team in Fareham. The role focuses on delivery beyond CV sending, engaging the right people, and guiding processes from brief to placement.

You’ll support engineering, construction, rail and defence clients, building pipelines, headhunting passive candidates, and ensuring a great candidate experience from start to finish. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position.

Qualifications

• You don’t need years of recruitment experience.
• We’re ideally looking for someone with around 6-12 months' experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or candidate delivery who is ready for more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Become the delivery engine behind a busy, established recruitment desk.
• Partner with the Head of Technical Education & Training on live vacancies and client requirements.
• Take detailed job briefs and understand exactly what good looks like for each hire.
• Build talent pools across Engineering, Construction, Rail and Energy.
• Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates.
• Qualify candidates properly and present high-quality shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and pre-employment stages.
• Develop long-term relationships with great people in your market.
