Supply Bank is seeking an Educator Consultant to lead recruitment strategies across the UK, partnering with schools and educators to build a strong talent pipeline. You will craft high quality adverts, screen candidates, and collaborate with Account Managers and offshore sourcing teams to meet client demand.

You will stay proactive, curious and thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting educators from first contact through onboarding while upholding safeguarding standards and delivering

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in recruitment or education staffing is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop recruitment and attraction strategies for geographic needs.
• Identify educator shortages and design sourcing solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and offshore sourcing teams to build a candidate pipeline.
• Screen calls and interviews, onboard educators online, and maintain candidate records.
• Fulfil urgent daily educator needs and ensure high-quality CVs and profiles.
