Civica UK Ltd in Dudley seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new education SaaS opportunities. You will own the sales cycle from initial contact to close, expanding Civica’s footprint across schools, MATs, colleges and universities in a defined UK territory.

The role requires a proven track record in new business SaaS sales, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex public sector buying environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new business SaaS sales within defined UK territories.
• Experience managing a portfolio of customers and a defined territory.
• Track record of identifying opportunities and closing new business.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth across Education accounts in a defined UK territory.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders in schools, MATs, colleges and universities.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
• Develop territory plans to build pipeline and maximise revenue.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce.
