Zusammenfassung

Civica is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our Education business in the UK. You will own an established account base within a defined UK territory, identify and secure new business opportunities, and expand Civica’s footprint across Cashless, Catering, College Management and Operations Management solutions.

You will manage multiple stakeholders and run the full sales cycle from engagement to close.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in new business SaaS sales, ideally in Education or public sector
• Experience managing a territory or portfolio of customers
• Strong track record of identifying opportunities and closing deals
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex buying environments
• Commercial, energetic and target-driven approach
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
• Self-starter mindset with a hunger to exceed targets
• Ability to manage a busy pipeline and maintain momentum across opportunities
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites and team meetings
• Salesforce experience would be advantageous
• Education sector experience beneficial but not essential

Aufgaben

• Drive new business growth and expand existing relationships across Education customers within a defined UK territory
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across schools, MATs, colleges and universities
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation, close and account growth
• Develop and execute effective account and territory plans to build pipeline and maximise revenue
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and close plans within Salesforce
