IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced Client Payroll Executive to join our Education Managed Services team in the United Kingdom. You will own and deliver accurate payroll services for multiple clients while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

You will be a trusted payroll expert, handling enquiries, solving queries, and supporting continuous improvements across our payroll operations. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing in a payroll bureau, managed services or outsourced payroll environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related enquiries.
• Investigate and resolve payroll queries and discrepancies.
• Produce payroll reports and client documentation.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality across client payrolls.
• Collaborate with internal specialist teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies.
