Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking an organised International Payroll Operations Advisor to join the growing team. This remote role, based in the South or South East of England, coordinates onboarding, maintains data across systems, and supports payroll services across 50+ countries.

You’ll work with multiple teams, manage deadlines, and help ensure accuracy and timely delivery while staying connected with monthly in-person gatherings near Heathrow or Chichester.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations administration or coordination role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence with spreadsheets and data.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating customer onboarding and ensuring readiness before payroll services begin.
• Maintaining accurate customer and operational information across systems.
• Managing client contracts and onboarding data.
• Producing KPI and SLA reports accurately and on time.
• Reconciling implementation data for complete accuracy.
• Supporting AML operational activities.
• Collaborating with Payroll Operations, Commercial teams and external partners.
• Coordinating activity across multiple workstreams to keep projects moving.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Helping deliver an excellent customer experience with accuracy and timeliness.
