Job summary

IRIS is seeking an International Payroll Operations Advisor to coordinate onboarding, manage data and support payroll services across 50+ countries. This remote role is based in the South/South East of England and involves collaboration with multiple teams while delivering accurate, timely payroll operations.

You will join a small team and develop specialist knowledge in international payroll operations, with opportunities to improve processes and advance within the function.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations administration or coordination.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excel skills with spreadsheets and data.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-team relationship building.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Payroll, payments or financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure readiness before payroll starts.
• Maintain accurate customer and operational data across systems.
• Manage client contracts and onboarding data.
• Produce KPI and SLA reports accurately and on time.
• Reconcile implementation data for accuracy.
• Support AML operational activities.
• Work with Payroll Operations, Commercial teams and partners across countries.
• Coordinate cross-workstream activities to keep projects moving.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Help deliver excellent customer experience with accuracy and timeliness.
