Job summary

IRIS Software Group in the UK is seeking an Education Migration Consultant to guide education customers through migrating payroll and HR to our cloud solutions.

You will combine education payroll expertise with strong customer engagement to ensure accurate data, parallel payroll runs, and smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience working within Education Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, pensions and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of Auto Enrolment regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support education customers transitioning to cloud-based payroll and HR solutions.
• Prepare and validate customer data for migration.
• Execute parallel payroll runs and reconcile results to ensure accuracy.
• Identify, investigate and resolve variances during migrations.
• Deliver training and guidance to customers and colleagues.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overall success of a large-scale customer migration programme.
