Job summary

Bath Spa University seeks a Schools Operations Administrator to support the School Operations team at Newton Park, Bath. This fixed-term, full-time position assists in delivering high-quality administrative services for designated Schools and reports to the Schools Operations Manager.

You will help develop and maintain efficient processes, manage digital databases, and provide professional support to senior staff in a busy university setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent education.
• Proven experience in an office environment.
• Proven experience supporting senior staff.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain systems and procedures.
• Proven experience in managing a cohesive team.
• Experience managing digital databases and online media.
• HE sector administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality administrative and management support for designated Schools.
• Collaborate with School Operations Manager and Subject/Programme Leaders daily.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with academics and professional services staff.
• Ensure services are effective, efficient and compliant with University policies.
