Bath Spa University is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to lead delivery of ceremonies, conferences and seminars at Newton Park and other campuses. You will manage venues, catering, accommodation and staffing, turning enquiries into bookings and ensuring flawless execution.

• Experience coordinating events, projects or operational activities.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate venues, catering, accommodation and casual staff for events.
• Manage budgets and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support marketing efforts and ensure health and safety compliance.
