Stone King LLP seeks a Qualified Solicitor to join its nationally recognised Education team to advise on corporate transactions, M&A and education sector projects. You will lead complex matters, build client relationships and support junior colleagues across the firm.

Based in a UK office with hybrid working, you will drive business development, contribute to strategic growth and collaborate with sector specialists to maintain the firm's leadership in education law.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working on corporate or education M&A transactions.
• Ability to supervise and develop junior colleagues.
• Proactive business development and marketing—generate revenue and cross-sell.

• Lead complex projects, transactions and strategic initiatives with exceptional client service.
• Monitor time, budgets and profitability while driving efficiency.
