• Experience on corporate or education M&A transactions.
• Supervision and development of other team members required.
• Proactive business development and marketing experience expected.

• Lead complex education sector projects, transactions and initiatives.
• Record chargeable time accurately and monitor budgets and profitability.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and generate new business.
• Advise on corporate transactions within education and charity sectors.
