You will work on significant projects, supervise junior colleagues, and help grow the practice with strategic business development, while benefiting from hybrid working arrangements across nationwide offices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate transactions within education sector.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop junior colleagues.
• Proactive business development and client marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex education sector projects and corporate transactions with strong client service.
• Monitor time, budgets and profitability across matters.
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Work with cross‑team colleagues to deliver integrated education law advice.
• Support business development activities including seminars, pitches and tenders.
