Stone King LLP is seeking a Qualified Solicitor to join our nationally recognised Education team. You will advise on corporate, strategic and transformational education sector projects for independent schools and educational organisations, working from a nationwide office with hybrid working.

The role focuses on leading complex M&A transactions, supervising junior lawyers, and driving client relationships and business development across education and charity sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience on corporate or education M&A transactions.
• Ability to supervise and develop junior colleagues.
• Proactive business development and marketing experience; ability to generate revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex education sector projects, transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor and delegate to junior colleagues.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Advise on corporate transactions for education sector clients.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver sector-focused advice.
• Lead business development activities and client outreach.
