Stone King LLP is seeking a qualified solicitor to join its nationally recognised Education team. You will handle complex corporate transactions in the education sector, provide expert advice to independent schools, and mentor junior colleagues.

Based in a nationwide office with hybrid working, you will build strong client relationships, drive business development and contribute to the growth of the practice while upholding the firm’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience on corporate or education M&A transactions.
• Interest in education law and independent schools.
• Proven supervision and development of junior colleagues.
• Active business development and marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex education sector projects and transactions with focus on client service and profitability.
• Record and monitor time, budgets and matter management.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Advise on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions in education and charity sectors.
