Stone King LLP is seeking a Qualified Solicitor to join its Education team, handling corporate and education M&A for independent schools and educational organisations across the UK. Based in a nationwide office with hybrid working, you will advise on complex transactions, supervise junior colleagues and contribute to business development.

Working within a Tier 1 ranked Education practice, you will build client relationships, ensure high technical standards, and play a leading role in shaping

Qualificações

• Experience working on corporate or education M&A transactions.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop junior colleagues.
• Demonstrated business development activity and revenue generation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex education sector transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Manage budgets, time recording and profitable matter management.
• Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Advise on corporate transactions for education sector clients.
• Mentor junior lawyers and delegate effectively.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated sector-focused advice.
• Lead business development activities including pitches and seminars.
• Identify opportunities for practice growth and new services.
• Maintain high standards of client service and regulatory compliance.
