Qualifications

• Experience working on corporate or education M&A transactions.
• Experience supervising and developing team members.
• Ability to drive business development and promote firm capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex education sector transactions and projects with strong client service.
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues and manage matter profitability.
• Develop relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to firm growth.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver sector-focused advice.
• Participate in business development activities, seminars, pitches and tenders.
