Surf Tech IT Ltd in the UK is seeking an IT Support Technician for our growing MSP. You will provide remote and telephone support, diagnose issues, and document solutions to help education clients like schools and MATs. The role emphasizes customer focus and service quality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a Service Desk, solid Microsoft 365 skills (Entra ID, SharePoint, Intune), and AD/Windows experience, with good networking knowledge and ticketing system use. UK work eligibility is required.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of IT support experience within a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, SharePoint, Intune) and Active Directory.
• Experience with Windows Desktop/Server OS and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience using a ticketing or service management platform and supporting education sector clients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote and telephone-based technical support to customers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across customer environments.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Record incidents and changes, ensuring resolution.
• Deliver high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.
