Oasis Community Learning is seeking a Cluster Technician to provide hands-on IT support across our North East academies. You will troubleshoot, maintain and deploy ICT across Scunthorpe, Immingham and Grimsby, travelling regularly to ensure smooth teaching and learning with robust customer service.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, teamwork, and proactive IT support in an educational environment, with opportunities to contribute to technology initiatives and staff development.

Formación

• Strong IT technical background.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel between academy sites.
• Experience in educational settings is a plus.
• Proactive and customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Provide desktop, classroom and desk side IT support to staff and students.
• Install, configure, maintain and repair PCs, laptops, peripherals and software.
• Support Windows OS, applications and related technologies.
• Assist with server and network maintenance, security and updates.
• Manage and respond to support requests via Oasis service management system.
• Maintain ICT asset registers and technical documentation.
• Support deployment of new technologies and IT initiatives.
• Ensure safeguarding and security systems remain operational.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships across academies.
