Job summary

St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking an ICT Field Technician to support the ICT Team across the Trust's cluster of academies, maintaining ICT infrastructure and software systems in our schools.

You will deliver customer-focused IT support, contribute to ITIL-based helpdesk operations, and participate in major IT projects across multiple sites, with travel between Trust academies required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ICT support across multiple schools or similar education settings.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate clearly with staff and students.
• Willingness to travel across Trust academies and work outside core hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent level of customer service to staff and students.
• Deliver IT systems support across a cluster of schools.
• Support an active ITIL-based helpdesk.
• Support a wide range of hardware and software in teaching environments.
• Be part of large IT projects across the Trust and within the cluster.
