Job summary

Oasis Community Learning is seeking a Cluster Technician to support ICT across our North East academies, providing desktop and classroom IT support, maintaining systems and helping deliver innovative technology solutions for teaching and learning.

You will travel between Scunthorpe, Immingham and Grimsby, collaborating with staff, students and the IT team to ensure reliable services and effective technology deployments.

• Support Windows operating systems, applications and related technologies.
• Assist with server and network maintenance, security and updates.
• Manage and respond to support requests through the Oasis service management system.
• Maintain ICT asset registers and technical documentation.
• Support deployment of new technologies and strategic IT initiatives.
• Ensure safeguarding and security systems remain operational and up to date.

As a Cluster Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our ICT systems operate effectively across our North East academies. Working closely with staff, students and the wider IT team, you'll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, maintain systems and help deliver innovative technology solutions that support teaching and learning. Regular travel between academies within the cluster will be required (Scunthorpe, Immingham and Grimsby)

About the Role

Responsibilities will include:
