Job summary

Fir Vale Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced IT Technician to provide prompt and efficient IT support to all staff. The role is primarily based at Sheffield Springs Academy but will involve regular opportunities to assist other academies within the Yorkshire Cluster of United Learning.

The successful candidate will be a resilient, team‑oriented professional with strong communication and customer service skills, capable of working independently and supporting a wide range of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Relevant experience and qualifications as an IT Technician.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient IT support to all staff.
• Based mainly at Sheffield Springs Academy with regular opportunities to support other academies within the Yorkshire Cluster.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the cluster and United Learning to deliver reliable IT services.
