Job summary

Esteem Multi-Academy Trust is seeking an experienced ICT Technician to join our Trust ICT team. This role supports teaching and administration across our schools, with a cloud-first approach and emphasis on modern Microsoft 365 services, device management, and network basics.

The successful candidate will provide technical support, manage incidents, and prioritise workloads in a busy multi-site environment, ensuring reliable IT services for students and staff, and contributing to safeguarding

Qualifications

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services and end users.
Knowledge of Windows and Apple device management.
Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, Teams and SharePoint administration.
An understanding of networking fundamentals, including switching, wireless and internet connectivity.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
The ability to manage and prioritise workloads in a busy multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support across multiple schools and cloud-first environment.
Manage enterprise technologies including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Windows and Apple devices.
Ensure network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, telephony, safeguarding and web-filtering platforms are running smoothly.
