Job summary

Excalibur Academies Trust is seeking an experienced ICT technician to ensure services are effective, professional and value for money across its multi-site network from Marlborough. You will act as a focal point for IT issues and developments at the site, providing oversight of all activities for staff and students.

The role involves delivering high-quality IT services, maintaining ICT infrastructure, and supporting senior IT staff with contracts, SLAs and safeguarding obligations.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a wide range of high-quality IT Services for staff and students.
• Maintain ICT infrastructure including network hardware and equipment.
• Ensure ICT services operate efficiently to meet the Trust's needs.
• Support senior IT staff in managing support contracts and SLAs.
• Assist with KCSIE obligations through regular Internet filtering checks.
• Advise staff to meet current and future IT needs.
