Job summary

Excalibur Academies Trust in Marlborough is seeking an experienced ICT technician to ensure services are effective, professional, and value for money, while remaining flexible, responsive, and customer focused. You will act as the focal point for all IT issues and developments at the site, with oversight of all activities.

You will support delivery of high-quality IT services for staff and students, maintain ICT infrastructure, ensure services operate efficiently, assist with contracts and SLAs,

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a wide range of high-quality IT services for staff and students.
• Develop, update and maintain an effective ICT infrastructure, including all network hardware and equipment.
• Ensure ICT services operate efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the Trust and its schools.
• Maintain up-to-date records of support contracts and SLAs for ICT, network, telephony, and leasing arrangements.
• Support the Trust's KCSIE obligations through regular testing of Internet filtering systems with Safeguarding leads.
• Advise and support staff to ensure IT services meet current and future needs.
