Job summary

Hybrid Media Interactive Ltd is looking for an IT Technician to join our team. The role involves hands-on IT support for schools and education clients across Coventry and surrounding areas, with a focus on reliable service and technical problem solving.

You will work with Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AD services, travel locally, and contribute to safeguarding and data security practices while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Has some IT support experience or practical IT skills.
• Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft applications.
• Able to troubleshoot logically and communicate clearly to users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to teachers, pupils, staff and other users.
• Diagnose hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, tablets, printers and other IT equipment.
• Set up new users, devices and equipment.
• Maintain documentation and records of faults and remedial actions.
