Job summary

St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking an ICT Field Technician to support the ICT Team across the Trust's cluster of academies, maintaining ICT infrastructure and software systems in our schools.

You will deliver customer-focused IT support, contribute to ITIL-based helpdesk operations, and participate in major IT projects across multiple sites, with travel between Trust academies required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ICT support across multiple schools or similar education settings.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate clearly with staff and students.
• Willingness to travel across Trust academies and work outside core hours when needed.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities;

• Provide an excellent level of customer service to our Trust’s staff and students.
• IT systems support across a cluster of schools.
• Support an active ITIL based helpdesk.
• Support a wide range of hardware and software solutions across a variety of teaching and learning environments.
• Be part of large and exciting new IT projects across the Trust and in your cluster of schools.

• Due to the nature of the role certain tasks may need to be undertaken out of hours and at weekends a certain level of flexibility is required.

The role will support a cluster of Trust academies, providing advice and technical support, therefore some travel across the Trust will be required.
