Explore Learning in Cardiff is seeking an inspiring and proactive Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors, grow the centre through new member acquisition, and deliver exceptional service for families.

As a stepping stone to leadership roles, many Centre Managers were promoted from the Supervisor position.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach Tutor teams to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members.
• Drive centre growth through community engagement, partnerships and events.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth centre performance.
• Support new member acquisition and deliver exceptional service to families.
• Champion safeguarding and ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care.
