Explore Learning is seeking an inspiring and proactive Supervisor to support daily operations at a thriving education centre in the UK. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors, grow membership, and deliver exceptional service for families, while ensuring safeguarding and high-quality learning.

You’ll balance educational leadership with operational excellence, role model tutoring and coach your team to help members achieve real progress in maths and English,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a centre or team in education.
• Ability to drive membership growth and operations.
• Commitment to safeguarding and children's welfare.
• Excellent communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences.
• Support Centre Manager and drive centre performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and safety of the centre.
