Job summary

Explore Learning Ltd is seeking an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre in the East Midlands, including Coventry, Rugby and Leamington. You’ll work with the Centre Manager to lead a Tutor team, grow your centre through new member acquisition and deliver exceptional service for families.

As a former Supervisor you’ll tackle safeguarding, coach staff, and balance centre operations with people leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team within an education setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Tutor team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Drive centre growth through community engagement and partnerships.
